This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share information when you use our cat care mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to the practices described within this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.
1. Information We Collect
All data stored in our system is actively entered or manually uploaded by you. The App does not automatically collect, silently scan, or synchronize data from any smart devices.
- Cat profile information you manually input: name, birthday, adoption date, breed, gender, neuter status, weight, allergies, veterinary contact information, photos and medical records.
- Manually created records: feeding logs, litter box records, weight tracking, medication records, vaccine records, examination records, abnormal health logs, supply inventory and expense records.
- Images you manually select and upload from your local photo album for medical archives, AI health check, and AI pet avatar generation.
- An anonymous unique user ID automatically generated by our backend after you accept this Privacy Policy, used solely for cloud data synchronization. This ID is not a permanent hardware device identifier. If you decline this policy, no ID will be generated and no data will be uploaded to servers.
- Location data: only collected temporarily when you actively use the function to search nearby vet clinics.
We do NOT automatically collect contacts, camera data, background location, device identifiers or other personal information without your explicit operation.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To store, display and synchronize all cat feeding and health records across your devices.
- To provide AI health self-check analysis and AI cat image generation based on photos you upload.
- To render nearby veterinary clinic search results via Apple Map service.
- To operate and maintain App functions, improve product experience.
We will never sell, rent or trade your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Location Information
Location permission will only be requested when you actively initiate a nearby vet clinic search. Geographic coordinates are sent temporarily to Apple Maps only during your active query.
We do not continuously track your location in the background. No location history will be permanently stored on our servers. Your cat health data will not be shared with Apple.
4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates Apple Maps for veterinary clinic lookup. Your use of Apple Maps is also subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Apple’s data handling practices.
5. AI Function Disclaimer
All results generated by AI Health Self-Check and AI Pet Avatar functions are for reference only.
AI outputs cannot replace professional veterinary diagnosis and medical advice. You should consult a licensed veterinarian for any cat health problems.
6. Notifications
The App does not support any reminder or push notification functions. No alerts, reminders or system messages will be delivered to users.
7. Data Retention & User Control
Your synchronized data will be stored permanently in our server database unless you actively delete your account within the App.
Account deletion equals complete data removal. You may delete your account via the function inside App settings. After deletion, all synchronized cloud data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
We do not provide manual data deletion support via customer service; all deletion operations must be completed independently within the application.
8. Data Security
We adopt standard technical and administrative safeguards to protect your stored data. However, no internet storage system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Minors
This App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we hold data of children under 13, please contact us.
10. Your Legal Rights
If you are a California resident under CCPA, you have rights to access and request deletion of your stored personal data. You may exercise these rights via the account deletion function inside the App.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified within the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
