These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our cat care mobile application. By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the App.

1. App Introduction

This is a lightweight lifestyle tool for cat owners. The App provides cat profile management, daily feeding tracking, health record management, expense tracking, veterinary clinic search, AI health check, practical cat tools and other functions.

The App is purely tool-based. There are no social features, community, UGC publishing, user interaction or live functions.

2. Account Rules

No manual registration, email or phone number login required. After accepting the Privacy Policy, our system generates an anonymous user ID for cloud synchronization only.

All data entry, photo uploading must be completed manually by users. The App cannot automatically synchronize data from external smart devices.

3. User Responsibilities

• All content you manually input and upload is your sole responsibility. You guarantee that you own the copyright and legal right to upload images and data.
• You shall not use the App for illegal, infringing, harmful or commercial unauthorized purposes.
• You shall not reverse engineer, crack, modify or disrupt the App system.

4. AI Function Disclaimer

AI health check suggestions and AI generated images are for reference only. Such content cannot replace professional veterinary medical advice. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI output.

5. Third-Party Map Service

Veterinary clinic information comes from Apple Maps. We do not guarantee the accuracy, opening status or real-time information of clinics.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights including interface design, text, icons, built-in articles within the App belong to us. No unauthorized reproduction, modification or commercial use is allowed.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of this App.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account in App Settings. Account deletion will permanently erase all cloud data stored in our database. No customer service assisted deletion is available.

9. Age Requirement

The App is available for users aged 13 and older.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
